Effective November 1, 2019, we will be adding an 8% Handling Fee on all orders from Olliix Standard Accounts (total purchasing amount less than $5,000 in calendar year), due to the increased shipping and labor costs associated with these orders. This new policy will help us continue to serve you without requiring a minimum order. If you have already qualified as Olliix Stocking Accounts (total purchasing amount more than $5000 in calendar year), the new policy will not impact your account. Once you qualify for Olliix Stocking Accounts, we will only charge you handling fee on all orders below $250. Handling fee will be added as a line item on the invoice.
We are working diligently to avoid extra cost increases on our product assortment within the tariff impacted categories from China. With your continued support of Olliix/JLA Home brand, we will have the chance to maintain the same strong price points that you have been accustomed to, and keep raising efficiency with optimized resources.
