Limited One-Year Warranty for Furniture

Thank you for choosing our furniture product. Olliix, an E&E Wholesale Platform, stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and offers a limited one-year warranty to ensure customer’s peace of mind and satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage: This limited one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use for a period of one year from the invoice date. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will replace the part or product free of charge (except for any fees associated with shipping, handling, packing, and return postage which will be the responsibility of the customer or dealer making the claim).

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage (dents, stains, or fading due to exposure to sunlight). This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, or damage caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, or temperature changes. Additional items that are not covered or that may void the warranty include customer modifications to the furniture, fabric damage due to fabric protection application, colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics, use of which the product was not designed or intended. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the product. And Olliix does not cover the costs related to returning the product during the warranty timeframe (including labor, inspections, transportation, or repair costs).

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service department (email cs@olliix.com and toll-free number 1-855-842-4358) within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase and pictures of the defect and manufacturer’s label. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the product and obtaining a repair or replacement.
